Mild earthquake hits Lahad Datu

A mild earthquake of 3.8 magnitude hit Lahad Datu, Sabah, at 3.53pm today.
The Malaysian Meteorological Department said that the epicentre of the earthquake was 8km northwest of Kunak, Sabah."The tremors were also felt in Lahad Datu, Sandakan, Kinabatangan, Kunak, Tawau and Semporna.
“There was no tsunami,” said the department on its Facebook page.
